Forms Processing

ASG will complete the necessary documents and obtain the appropriate signatures to ensure a timely transfer of the ownership and beneficial interest. Having processed thousands of these forms, we have the expertise necessary to carry out this process accurately and efficiently.

Death Certificate and Death Claim Processing

ASG's skilled personnel has processed more than 500 death claims. The efficiency and accuracy used in requesting death certificates and filing death claims is crucial to ensure that death benefits are received as soon as possible.

Insured Mortality Tracking

ASG has established a highly effective dual approach to insured tracking. The most effective means for discovering demises is by utilizing data from multiple third-party sources. These sources are checked monthly to determine the health status of the insured which can result in as many as 40 individual checks per year for each insured.

ASG also makes periodic (quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and in some cases monthly) contact with each insured to determine their current physicians, up-to-date contact information, and medical information. By using a combination of direct contact, up-to-date medical records, and reliable third party data systems, we can provide you with timely and accurate results.

Premium Administration

ASG's experience paying thousands of premiums per month has allowed us to refine our processes, resulting in services that are implemented more effectively and efficiently. The invoicing and reporting of premium payments will be specific to your needs to assist in the necessary tracking and reporting of the asset.

ASG's LifeCheck™ database enables premiums to be scheduled, tracked, and paid efficiently on a secure site. The premium payment schedule is directed by the client and can be personalized to the premium mode that best suits you.
